best practices for post-game integration


  • Winner of the game sets up a group text thread to check in with everyone and see if anything needs addressing. Loser responds first to the thread.
  • Remember any judgments you have towards yourself or others in the coming days are gifts for your reclaimation of wholeness. Notice the fear underneath and address the fear. 
  • If you feel afraid, ask yourself what you need to feel safe and then do it. 
  • If you feel triggered, angry, sad, obsessive, or are experiencing other heightened emotions, seek support from your community, regulate your nervous system through the practices that are best for you, or check our our < Post-Game Processing > resource for exercises.
